Varietal: Tempranillo Syrah Merlot Garnacha Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc
Alcohol: 13.5%
Tasting Notes: It's produced with the grapes of the Cerro Las Monjas, a coupage of Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo and Merlot aged during 15 months in casks of French oak.
Tasting Notes: An exceptional year for wine from all 0ver the country, however Pintia 2004 is a fabulously balanced wine for the ages. Long, fruit, great tannins and overall it just plain kicks ass. The only reason that it is not scored perfectly is tempranillos lack of nose. Tempranillo can produce some of the best wines you will have ever tasted as far as the mouth but always has that missing perfect aroma. Enjoy!!
